Marina Martinique situated next to the beach in Jeffrey’s Bay, the seaside and surfing mecca of South Africa. The bed and breakfast offers five fully serviced, spacious, en-suite bedrooms. Access to this residential area is strictly controlled and there is 24-hour security due to it being situated on the island.
Each room has its own private balcony with excellent views over the canals and the marina as well as an en-suite bathroom, a TV with DStv, a safe, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a comfortable living and dining room, opening onto a large wooden deck, overlooking one of the canals. Fax and internet facilities are available. Full English breakfast is served and dinner can be provided by prior request. Dine at one of 2 excellent restaurants adjoining the Marina Martinique.
There are 5 km of canals and waterways within the Marina and Marina Martinique B&B has a pontoon boat for sunset cruises.The water in the canals is clear, clean seawater and is safe to swim in. Die kamers is uitstekend en netjies. Dit het ‘n mooi uitsig oor die waterkanale en jy kan die see hoor en ruik. Die ontbyt is iets om na uit te sien. Die gasvrou is baie vriendlik en behulpsaam veral om ‘n boot te reël om ons na die restaurant te vervoer en terug te bring na die ete.

Ons het verlede jaar ook by Marina Martinique tuisgegaan. Dit is beslis die skoonste en lekkerste plek in Jeffreysbaai om tuis te gaan. Ons sal dit nie eens oorweeg om by enige ander plek te bespreek. Ons was soos voorheen hartlik ontvang en alles was gereed vir ons aankoms.

Wat ‘n besonderse plek. Ruim kamers baie netjies en skoon. 5 Ster-diens, geriewe en ontbyt. Fantastiese bed veral vir uitgeputte lywe wat met motorfiets toer. Baie vriendelike gasvrou wat die ekstra tree stap om mens tuis te laat voel. Spesiale bootjie wat jou optel vir aandete. Alles was meer as puik. Baie dankie julle sien ons definitief weer.

Alles omtrent die plek was uit die boonste rakke. Daar was baie moeite gedoen om ‘n luukse voorkoms aan elke kamer te gee. Kwaliteit van die bed en ander geriewe baie goed. Die ontbyt was baie goed en die gasvrou besonder gasvry en vriendelik.

Baie vriendelik ontvang. Buitelandse gaste ‘n bietjie geskok deur die informele nedersetting net voor jy by die luukse van Martinique kom. Het die aand eers na 22:00 daar aangekom. Die eienaars van die plek was ongelooflik vriendelik en behulpsaam. Baie lekker gebly. Mooi uitsig en lekker cozy kamers. Sal enige tyd weer teruggaan om daar te gaan bly. Baie lekker ontbyt gekry. 10/10 vir dié blyplek. Awesome mense!

Die enigste gemis was die fasiliteit om self ietsie voor te berei. Omdat ons as gesin ‘n week daar was wou ons nie heeltyd uiteet nie en soms self iets voorberei. Ek dink ons kon seker die gastehuis se eie kombuis gebruik, maar dit het “awkward” gevoel. Dit is ‘n B&B en nie selfsorg nie moet ek egter in gedagte hou!!!

Die B&B is in ‘n pragtige en veilige omgewing geleë. Die kamer en badkamer was luuks, lekker ruim en baie netjies en skoon. Die prys het ‘n heerlike ontbyt ingesluit. Uitstekende waarde vir geld! Ek het op ‘n stadium verdwaal en gebel vir aanwysings, Esti Greyling het my selfs terug gebel nadat ons afgesny is. Ek kan met vrymoedigheid Marina Martinique B&B vir enige iemand aanbeveel.
